Crushers & Equipment International Limited is proud to launch this newly developed machine as an upgrade of the Stamp Mill, or to work side by side. With a smaller footprint, lightweight size and economical power consumption, the Kenmill is highly suitable for contract milling, or production in small operations.
The total weight of the Kenmill is 6.5 tonnes, power draw is 7.5 kW and excellent grind, this machine is very versatile for remote areas as well as for miners who wish to transport from site to site.
Testing on underground sulphides has yielded one tonne per hour, whilst rubble and oxide material runs between 2.5 and 3 tonnes per hour. A basic concrete plinth is all that is required on which to place the Kenmill, plug in water and commence loading and running!
Feed size of ore will dictate throughput, so the finer the feed, the higher the throughput, top size could be as high as 40mm. Screen mesh is used to ensure the correct grind is achieved and can be easily changed to suit individual requirements. The machine can be flushed within a few minutes if contract milling, so minimal downtime will be incurred.
Screen analysis is as follows using 500 micron screen (35 mesh):
|250 – 500||–||17%|
|150 – 250||–||48%|
|75 – 150||–||24%|
|Less then 75||–||11%|
